2.1- When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. An automatic e-mail will be sent to you to confirm that we have received your order.
2.2- In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will NOT receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.
2.3- Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods. Whilst goods may be shown assembled they require assembly by you. All items arrive in a matte black primer and will require painting.
2.4- Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.
2.5- This contract is covered by English law.
2.6- By placing an order with us, you agree to and accept these terms, as well as our privacy policy and the terms of website use.
3.1- You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your Cart. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time.
3.2- Carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order.
3.3- You will be required to pay for the goods in full before they are dispatched. The quickest way to do this is using the Debit / Credit Card Gateway with PayPal. We do allow payment using BACs transfer, Cheque, and Cash on Pickup. Your order will not be dispatched or cleared for collection until payment has cleared.
3.4- We use secure payment facilities for online purchases.
3.5- Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.
3.6- All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds.
3.7- Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.
4.1- We keep some stock within our premises. If your item is in stock, items will be shipped within 1-2 days. We generally hold stock at our central warehouse to avoid disappointment.
4.2- If your item is not in stock, then it is dispatched from our warehouse within 6-14 business days. This period is caused by the manufacturer time of your order.
4.3- All items are checked by us before they are dispatched to ensure they are not damaged prior to dispatch.
4.4- We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. You must be at home to accept delivery of your order, which is normally between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday-Friday.
4.5- Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility.
4.6- Any failed delivery attempts will result in a re-delivery fee, which we will invoice you directly.
4.7- If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.
4.8- Please check the goods on delivery – any goods found to be missing items or damaged should be reported to the delivery driver (if possible) and to our staff.
4.9- If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
5.1- If you cancel your order, and the items have already been dispatched to you, then you must return the goods within 7 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging, directly to us, at your own expense.
5.2- You cannot return any goods that have been prepped or painted for fitment. This includes primer.
5.3- We will refund all monies paid to us by you excluding any postage / carriage within 28 days, less any costs due under this contract.
5.4- For incorrect items, we require photographic evidence for verification before processing refunds or replacements.
5.5- You must notify us of any problems within 7 days of receiving the item.
5.6- All returns must be made within 28 days of receipt.
5.7- Replacement items will only be sent after original items are received and checked.
5.8- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
5.9- If an item is unavailable, we'll offer an alternative or refund.
5.10- You are responsible for disposing of faulty goods if not returned to us.
5.11- Any return within 28 days will incur a 20% restocking/return fee.
5.12- Returns after 28 days will incur a 30% non-negotiable deduction plus 10% manufacturer return fee.
All of our online transactions are processed securely by our merchant service providers PayPal and/or Stripe. Payments are processed off server using Mijireh. This is a PCI-DSS compliant, and TrustWave certified service provider.
We do not accept card payments over telephone. All card payments can be completed via PayPal.
8.1- The products sold on this website have been designed to comply with all relevant UK legislation. We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside the UK.
8.2- We do not accept liability for any consequential loss of profit or indirect losses. You should therefore not book installation of the goods until you have received them and inspected them.
